Shipping Policy

Most items ship within 1 - 3 business days. Special order and/or backordered items may experience a shipping delay. Tracking information and/or backorder status along with your order number will be updated and sent via email as that information is made available. Client has option for nationwide shipping or in-person pick up at our 3065 Cranford Ave, Fort Myers, FL 33901 facility.

Return & Exchange Policy

Most items can be returned in their new, unopened condition, within 30 calendar days. No returns on Electronics, Batteries, Fluids, Paints or Special Order items.

If non-returnable items are defective, damaged, etc., contact the manufacturer to submit a warranty claim.
